The heart of this organisation is the team of dedicated support workers and administration staff who make the daily commitment to care and support our clients.

We appreciate that we all contribute something unique and our differences only enhance the people and clients we work with.  A qualification is one aspect of being a support worker, but we know that needs to be supported with the right attitude, empathy and respect.  This allows us to meet our organisational values of choice, connection, inclusion, independence and integrity when working with our clients.

All staff undertake mandatory screening checks including proof of identity, police checks, and Working with Children checks.  Staff are also trained and have access to mentoring and professional development programmes.
